Rachel Hutchings was such a delight to work with in the search for our next house to call home here in the Santa Rosa Beach area. Rachel Hutchings with Berkshire Hathaway is a true professional. She was actively looking for listings in Symphony for her customers relocating to our area. Since we were considering a move, we welcomed the opportunity and signed a listing agreement allowing her to show our home. As an inactive real estate licensee, I was not in a position to represent ourselves and she handled both sides of the transaction which can be tricky. Rachel coordinated the showings, the home inspection and all matters related to the closing. There are a myriad of details to be attended to and we were grateful to have a full-time professional guiding us through the process. We went from contract to closing within 45 days.
