The Great Southern Cafe is a top-notch eatery in the heart of Seaside, serving up delectable dishes full of flavor. Menu standouts include bacon-wrapped filet mignon, ribeye, fresh grilled salmon, fried oysters, and the Pensacola pulled pork sandwich. Hungry diners can also head to Bud & Alley’s for gorgeous waterfront views from the roof bar and fabulous pizza, tacos, and more.

The Chicken Shack on Central Square is a local favorite, known for its shack fried chicken, burritos, chicken salad sandwiches, and breakfast options. Barefoot BBQ is popular amongst the food truck lineup and offers pulled pork, ribs, and more.

Seaside Downtown hosts annual wine walks, a golf competition, and multiple Halloween events.

The Seaside Central Square Cinema is the perfect spot to spend time watching movies out on the lawn under the stars. Cuddle up with your favorite blanket or chair and enjoy the show!

If you want to relax, bring a mat and head to Yoga on the Seaside Pavilion. Another popular event is the Seaside Farmers Market, where you’ll find a vast array of local foods in the Seaside Amphitheater. The Seaside Amphitheater also hosts Sounds of Seaside, a monthly musical event with concerts out on the lawn.

At the REP Theatre, you can take the kids and head out for a family-friendly show. From kid-friendly Shakespearean plays to fairytales, this is a performance your kids will be raving about.

Finally, the Seaside Independence Day Celebration and Fireworks Spectacular is an event you just don’t want to miss. With a block party, balloon animals, face painting, juggling tours, and theatrical performances, there is so much for the whole family to enjoy. Plus, don’t forget about the fireworks!
